The process of Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination of intelligence data drives decision making at both tactical and strategic levels in both combat and peacetime operations. Fuse was asked to help SPAWAR better understand the state of the TCPED process at the warfighter level by conducting warfighter workshops across the Fleet. Fuse led workshops with NSAWC in Fallon Nevada, Office of Naval Intelligence, and Surface Warfare Development Center in Norfolk. As part of a SPAWAR TCPED study, Fuse laid out information flows from sensor to shooter across the kill chain. Fuse applied design thinking principles to build an understanding of how users work with intelligence information and utilize data in mission execution. Insights uncovered through the workshops contributed to development of advanced concepts for PMW-120 and OPNAV.
