Fuse covers 100% of employee Medical, Dental, and Vision costs. Cost for dependent coverage varies. Full-time employees are eligible on the first day of the month following first day of employment.
Fuse provides for all 11 paid Federal Holidays for full-time team members.
Paid Time Off (vacation and sick time)
Fuse offers PTO for full-time employees on the following schedule:
• Date of hire through second year: 10 days per year (accrued)
• Third year and beyond: unlimited PTO
40 hours of paid sick leave is available to all employees after 90 days of continuous employment.
Retirement Savings Plan (401k)
Fuse will match employee contributions to our retirement savings plan up to 4% of the employee’s base salary (if employee defers a minimum of 5%). Full-time employees are eligible on the first day of the month following two months of employment.
The Fuse bonus program provides profit-sharing for full-time employees based on the overall profitability of the team and individual performance.

Cell Phone Reimbursement
Fuse provides reimbursement of $100/month to full-time employees for their cellular bill.
