Health, Dental & Vision Benefits

Employees can choose from several HMO, PPO, and POS Medical plan options. Fuse pays up to 100% of the cost for the employee’s Medical coverage on a majority of the plans. Cost for dependent coverage varies. Fuse covers 100% of employee Dental and Vision costs. Full-time employees are eligible on the first day of the month following the first day of employment.

Paid Holidays

Fuse provides for all 11 paid Federal Holidays for full-time team members.

Paid Time Off (vacation and sick time)

Fuse offers full-time employees 10 days of PTO per year (accrued) from their date of hire — and unlimited PTO in their third year and beyond!

In addition, 40 hours of paid sick leave is available to all employees after 90 days of continuous employment.

Retirement Savings Plan (401k)

Fuse will match employee contributions to our retirement savings plan up to 4% of the employee’s base salary (with a minimum salary deferral of 1% to participate and maximum of 5%). Full-time employees are eligible on the first day of the month following two months of employment.

Annual Bonuses

The Fuse bonus program provides profit-sharing for full-time employees based on the overall profitability of the team and individual performance.

Cell Phone Reimbursement

Fuse provides cellphone reimbursement of $100/month to full-time employees and $50/month to part-time employees.
