Fuse Employee Benefits Summary 2022

A strong team of professionals who are able to work together is recognized as the most important element contributing to the success of Fuse. This benefits package is offered to Fuse employees as part of a comprehensive approach to building a strong and dedicated Fuse team.

Fuse covers 100% of employee Medical, Dental, and Vision costs. Cost for dependent coverage varies. Full-time employees are eligible on the first day of the month following first day of employment.

Fuse provides for all 11 paid Federal Holidays for Full-time team members.

Fuse offers PTO for Full-time employees on the following schedule:

• Date of hire through second year: 10 days per year (accrued)
• Third year and beyond: unlimited PTO

40 hours of paid sick leave is available to all employees after 90 days of continuous employment.

Fuse will match employee contributions to our retirement savings plan up to 4% of the employee’s base salary (if employee defers a minimum of 5%). Full-time employees are eligible on the first day of the month following two months of emplyment.

The Fuse bonuse program provides fo profit-sharing with Full-time employees based on overall profitability of the team and individual performance.

Fuse provides reimbursement of $100/month to Full-time employees for their cellular bill.
