Fuse Celebrates 100-Employee Milestone

Fuse is celebrating the milestone of achieving a 100-person workforce this week. Steady and careful growth since the company’s inception in 2010 reflects continued customer demand for Fuse’s warfighter-focused tactical edge networking solutions. It also echoes a company culture and workplace filled with creativity and personality that inspires innovation and collaboration.

“Fuse was founded on a vision to build a creative entity where smart, engaged people would develop advanced warfighter-focused communications and networking capabilities,” said Sumner Lee, Fuse CEO. “It’s incredible that Fuse has become a creative force that’s now 100 people strong! I’m proud of our team’s accomplishments and our readiness to continue taking on the pressing challenges of our defense customers.”

Over the past 18 months, Fuse has transitioned to a product-based delivery structure to better serve customer demand across Fuse’s three product lines. In 2022, the company increased its revenue and workforce by an unprecedented 43%, hiring talented team members whose skills and expertise are aligned to company and customer needs.

“Fuse’s continued growth has given us the platform to expand and continue to nurture the skills and experience of our staff,” said Natalie Caruso, Fuse Director of Operations. “As we mark this 100-person milestone, I remain inspired by the talent, passion and relentless perseverance of our world-class team.”

Fuse is celebrating the milestone with employees, recognizing the 100-person mark as a validation of successful product delivery to customers and a benchmark of the maturity and strength of the company’s solutions.
